Members of the Ovambanderu delegation have returned from Germany where they, together with the representative of the Braunschweig Town Council and the Stadtisches Museum, agreed that the belt in the Stadtisches Museum is authentically the one the late King Kahimemua Nguvauva wore when he was executed. His grandson Fredrick Nguvauva, who was part of the delegation, says the repatriation process of the belt from the Stadtisches Museum will now commence.
