Namibia is exploring the possibility of introducing a national minimum wage as opposed to a sector-by-sector pay threshold. The Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation says some employers are not complying with a mandatory wage in various sectors and there is also no such policy in some job categories.
