The Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation has discouraged employers from retrenching employees during the state of emergency. Bro-Mathew Shinguadja made the remark during discussions on the COVID-19 and the labour issues at COVID-19 Communication Centre in Windhoek today.
