A lack of funds is said to be hampering the work of the National Council which prevents members from carrying out their tasks in the regions. The National Council MPs are attending a week-long workshop at Swakopmund to strengthen their collaboration and coordination with government agencies and civil society organisations on policies and programmes implementation.
