The late Colonel Werner Kaukungwa was buried today at Omuthiya in the Oshikoto Region. In a message delivered on his behalf by Former Ambassador Ndali Kamati, President Hage Geingob described the late Kaukungwa as a hero and dedicated cadre of the liberation struggle.
