Deputy Prime Minister, who is also the Vice-President of Swapo, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says the late Zimbabwean leader, Robert Mugabe, played a role in the liberation of the entire SADC and had forged unity between Swapo and ZANDU-PF.
