A leadership skills and project management training was recently conducted in Maltahohe on how to manage agricultural projects. The three-day training, organized by the Hardap Regional Council, Daweb Constituency and Ministry of Agriculture and funded by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung was aimed at empowering the youth with knowledge in agricultural project management and leadership. Programme Manager at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Claudia Gossow, says the idea is to ensure food security and thus there is a need to enhance cooperatives in the Hardap Region for the benefit of communities.
