New bookings for learner license testing at the Windhoek Registering Authority have been suspended, with immediate effect until the end of this month. The temporary suspension has been effected to ensure compliance to the new COVID-19 regulations which allow only 10 persons per seating. Clients who have already made bookings for the learner license test will be contacted via text message. The Roads Authority appeals to the applicants to only arrive 15 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled tests to avoid congestion and ensure social distancing.
