The legal fraternity is urging Namibians to obey health measures as stipulated in the Public Health and Environmental Act or face severe consequences. Speaking at the COVID-19 Communication Centre, legal practitioners say now that some of the regulations under the state of emergency have lapsed, regulations under the act will be fully enforced.
