Residents of Lisikili in the Zambezi Region have expressed concern that the subsidising of a community hostel which was suspended due to COVID-19 outbreak, may not be lifted. They have now appealed to Government to reopen the hostel, despite the fact it is not meeting safety standards and requirements.
