Livestock theft has escalated at Omatako Village in the Tsumkwe Constituency with some farmers having lost nearly all their animals. Namibian Police Deputy Inspector General, Major General, Joseph Shikongo visited the village and engaged the community on how best to combat crime while plans are underway to reopen the police post that was withdrawn about 3 years ago.
