A wave of locusts were spotted at Ongenga Constituency in Ohangwena Region on Saturday. A vehicle-mounted with spray from the Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Ministry rushed to the scene to tackle the new swarm and called on subsistence farmers not to panic.
