Protestors, at polling stations in Keetmanshoop, most of them supporters of Landless Peoples Movement (LPM) and Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) were fined for breaking curfew regulations. This was confirmed by the Namibian Police Regional Commander in the //Kharas, Commissioner David Indongo.
