The Landless Peoples' Movement (LPM) says time to change political alliances is now in order to provide better basic services to people and the economy to benefit all Namibians. This was said by LPM leader Bernadus Swartbooi when he addressed the party's rally at Keetmanshoop in the //Kharas Region.
