An appeal case by the Landless People's Movement (LPM)is set to be heard in the Supreme Court on 21 July. LPM leaders Bernadus Swartbooi and Henny Seibeb lodged an appeal, challenging a High Court decision to dismiss their application against National Assembly Speaker Peter Katjavivi.
