Leader of the Landless Peoples Movement (LPM) Bernadus Swartbooi has commended the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Services, Utjiua Muinjangue for tabling the motion on legalising abortion. However, Swartbooi says the motion is a sensitive one which needs a thorough and well-articulated debate.
