Malnutrition remains the leading cause of deaths among children under the age of five in the Omaheke Region. This was revealed by the Regional Health Directorate during a briefing to the Brazilian Ambassador to Namibia, Jose de Andrada Filho and World Food Programme Country Director George Fedha.
