A 33-year-old Namibian male identified as Silas Haipumbu allegedly committed suicide in the Kuisemond area at Walvis Bay on Monday. According to the Namibian Police Force’s incident report availed to NAMPA on Monday, it is alleged that Haipumbu's body was found inside the shack he was renting around 17h00 by his colleague who came to collect him for their night shift. “He was last seen alive at about 14h00 without any complaint,” the report reads. No suicide note was found at the scene and police investigations continue.
