A 59-year-old man was arrested after he was found in possession of cannabis at his house in Ombili Informal Settlement at Otjiwarongo, Otjozondjupa Region. He was nabbed on 16 April with 53 parcels of cannabis with a street value of over N$100 000. He is charged with dealing in and possession of cannabis. This was confirmed by Otjiwarongo Police spokesperson, Inspector Maureen Mbeha, who said the suspect is due to appear before the town's Magistrate on 19 April.
