Hours before the new year, an unknown male has been stabbed in the lower abdomen. He was found in Windhoek’s Goreagab area. Police who are on a citywide patrol arrived at the scene a few moments later. Deputy Inspector General, Joseph Shikongo who was also at the scene informed NBC News that police will open a case. The suspect is still on the run.
