The debate on whether COVID-19 vaccinations should be made compulsory in Namibia, especially at the workplace continues. Recently Human Resource (HR) practitioners from both the public and private sector engaged in a dialogue at the Institute of People Management (IPM) to discuss this rather sensitive matter.
