About 251 out of 276 communal land appeal cases have been resolved since the Communal Land Reform Act of 2002 was operationalised in 2003, with 25 unresolved appeal cases in process. This was revealed by Minister of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform, Carl Schlettwein, during an induction training on communal land for new appeal tribunal members.
