Mbunza Traditional Authority has threatened to take back land it gave to the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry for the development of a green scheme at Sikondo. The threat comes after the ministry failed to cultivate any crops during the past winter planting season at the project, located some 20 kilometres west of Rundu.
