SWAPO's Margaret Mensah-Williams has resigned as a member of the National Assembly. A letter by the National Assembly did not state the reason for Mensah-Williams' resignation. She has been replaced by Helaria Mukapuli who was sworn in today by Chief Justice Peter Shivute. Mukapuli is the former Mayor of Luderitz.
