Works and Transport Minister John Mutorwa has called for the timely and prudent implementation of N$6,4 billion provided to implement 401 capital projects across the country. Mutorwa remarked this during a visit to the site of the incomplete and abandoned Keetmanshoop Community Aquaculture project. The minister took aim at Government officials, the contractors and consultants of the project for infighting which resulted in delays in the completion of the project.
