Environment and Tourism Minister, Pohamba Shifeta has called for heavy punishment against MPs who are violating the rules. Shifeta says the Seveth Parliament has degenerated into chaos and personal attacks aimed at Swapo MPs by some opposition Parliamentarians, a situation he says was never seen before in the house.
