Deputy Prime Minister, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah in her capacity as Road Safety Patron, signed a Multi-Party agreement on Advanced and Improved Road Safety Performance in Windhoek this morning. The Deputy Premier said there is an urgent need to improve road safety performance in Namibia, adding that it has not yielded the expected outcomes during the last decade.
