The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture has expressed shock at the tribal remarks made by a teacher at a school in Bethanie on social media. Suana Lukas Kampale, who is teaching at Schmelenvile Combined School, on his WhatsApp posting, which was widely shared on social media platforms, allegedly said, he wants to shoot the Nama people for fun. Kampale who appeared in the Bethanie Magistrate's Court was granted bail of N$2 000.
