Agriculture, Water and Land Reform Executive Director, Percy Misika says the veterinary cordon fence, which separates northern Namibia from the rest of the country, does not serve any purpose and needs to be done away with. He made these remarks at the Northern Communal Area (NCA) livestock and meat industry convention held at Ondangwa in the Oshana Region on Friday.
