Deputy Chief of the Namibian Police, Major General Joseph Shikongo says that the majority of road accidents and fatalities are caused by reckless human behaviour on the roads. Shikongo was speaking at the Road Safety Campaign indaba which took place over the weekend in the Hardap Region.
