More than 200 households in the Mukwe Constituency of the Kavango East Region, who lost their livestock and crop fields to conflict with wildlife, are receiving game meat and mealie-meal as a way to compensate them for their losses. The beneficiaries are communities living on the outskirts of Mahango Core Conservation Area of the Bwabwata National Park.
