The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund, in partnership with the Keetmanshoop Municipality, Namibian Police and the Health Ministry held a hit-and-run accident simulation exercise at Keetmanshoop. The purpose is to raise public road safety awareness and to test law enforcement and emergency response officers' preparedness and response time as well as how they collaborate.
