The National Petroleum Corporation (NAMCOR) of Namibia wants its shareholding in private-owned mining operations increased, as it believes the current five to 15% it typically holds, is insignificant. The company's board chairperson Jennifer Comalie said this during a public hearing of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Natural Resources in Windhoek.
