Namibia has 69 new COVID-19 positive cases

COVID-19 UPDATE | Minister of Health Dr Kalumbi Shangula this afternoon announced that Namibia has recorded 69 new COVID-19 positive cases. Out of this 50 are from Walvis Bay, five are from Swakopmund, one is from Usakos, three are from Keetmanshoop, five are from Windhoek, two from Oshakati, one from Onandjokwe, one from Oupwo and one from Katima Mulilo. The country now has 1 687 confirmed cases, with 72 recoveries and 1 608 active cases. The death toll remains seven. So far, 20 887 samples have been tested. Currently, 638 people are in quarantine.
