Namibia is ranked third in Africa as a country with great testing capacity for COVID-19. The Executive Director in the Ministry of Health and Social Services Ben Nangombe, speaking at the handover of a container laboratory at Walvis Bay to the Namibia Institute of Pathology, said Namibia cannot relax because cases have declined but needs to scale up the services.
