Namibia and Russia have agreed to further strengthen their existing cooperation which dates back during the years of the independence struggle. The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation(MIRCO), Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwa and her visiting Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov met in Windhoek.
