National Planning Commission Director-General, Obeth Kandjoze has announced the appointment of a new board of directors to oversee the affairs of the Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA). The new board is headed by Salomo Hei as Chairperson, and deputised by Ndiyapuki Nghituwamata as Vice-Chairperson. Hei is currently the Managing Director of Hei Investment/ Makalani Fund Manager Namibia, while Nghituwamata is the Deputy Executive Director for the Department of Land Reform, Resettlement and Regional Programme Implementation. The other board members appointed are Julia Mwetudhana, Damoline Muruko, Victor Nghifindaka and Justus Tjituka. Their appointment is effective from August 2021 until July 2024.
