Kadhila Amoomo Legal Practitioners have taken up the fight to legalise marijuana in court. Amoomo wants the court to legalise the use of the psychoactive herb in Namibia and wants everyone incarcerated for the use or possession of marijuana to be released within six months after a court has granted an order.
