Works and Transport Minister, John Mutorwa has cautioned drivers to not turn Namibia's roads into a 'place of slaughter'. While visiting the Okapuka roadblock between Windhoek and Okahandja, Mutorwa said the country has already lost too many lives due to COVID-19 and unnecessary road accidents can be avoided by responsible driving.
