President Hage Geingob and his South African counterpart Cyril Ramaphosa are expected to meet on the sideline of the SADC Troika Summit, to agree on a date for the Bi-National Commission meeting. Dr. Geingob said this when the country's High Commissioner to Namibia William Whitehead bade farewell to him.
