The Mineworker Union Trust will dilute 25% of its shares to NAMITVEST Investing its current, ex-employees and their dependents. The trust owns 100% shares of Namibia Mineworkers Investment Holdings Company, Nam-MIC. NAMITVEST was launched in Windhoek.
