NAMPOL's Unit Commander for Community Affairs in the Ohangwena Region has warned parents who conceal and protect the identity of rape perpetrators to stop. Inspector Kaume Iitumba said such acts not only make it difficult for police to investigate cases on time but fuel further such crimes.
