NamPower has restored power to the Swakopmund, Opuwo, Etunda and Ruacana by this afternoon. The community of Swakopmund had been without power since 22h00 last night, while the Opuwo, Etunda and Ruacana areas started to experience power outages at about 19h00 last night as well.
