Battle lines have been drawn in the National Assembly as the House prepares to debate the motion of Germany's proposed reparation for the 1904-1908 genocide. Motivating the motion in the house, Defence and Veteran Affairs Minister Frans Kapofi said, some progress has been made, after protracted talks between Germany and the Namibian government.
