Members of Parliament in the National Council are calling for the establishment of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), which they say is long overdue. They made the call while debating the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development budget allocation of N$1,7 billion. During the debate, MP's also called for the Ministry to construct an office building for the Kavango West Regional Council.
