The Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) Television will air messages of political parties, independent candidates and associations contesting next week's election as from tomorrow starting at 21H00. This is in line with the corporation's Election Guidelines, which provide for the allocation of equal free airtime, to enable entities contesting the elections, explain to voters, why they should vote for them. Each participating entity has been allocated six minutes, which is divided into two slots.
