The National Commission on Research, Science and Technology (NCRST) has embarked on two-week free training sessions for entrepreneurs in Kavango and Oshana regions. The grassroots innovation training programme aims to equip start-up owners with all the soft skills needed to define, develop, and translate their ideas into solutions ready for the market.
