The Inspector-General of the Namibian Police, Lieutenant General Sabastian Ndeitunga has expressed concern over domestic violence cases that continue to rise, especially in residential areas. Lieutenant General Ndeitunga says more than 70 murder cases were recorded between January and March alone.
