Works and Transport Deputy Minister Veikko Nekundi says there is a need to install culverts at major river crossings along the Opuwo-Okanguati-Epupa gravel road in the Kunene Region. The road, situated in the Epupa Constituency, repeatedly suffer rampant flash floods that damage the roads and cuts communities off from essential services or from each other.
