The Minister of Education Arts and Culture, Anna Nghipondoka recently inaugurated a new classroom block at Ndama combined school in Rundu. The classroom block which consists of four classes and a storeroom was funded by the government of Japan through its Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Project.
